Merchant-controlled agent commerce

Agents can execute purchases. Merchants still decide what is for sale.

Lernaura defines the commercial transaction around programmable payment: the offer, the price, who is buying, how much they may spend, the terms, the VAT treatment and the evidence.

    The offer comes first.

x402 or another programmable rail can move money only after an agent has found something a merchant defined and offered. Lernaura makes that offer machine-readable, governed and auditable.

    1. ItemWhat exists for purchase

A catalog product offered to machine buyers per call, as a credit pack or as a subscription.

    2. PriceWhat the buyer commits

A net price, in sub-cent units where you need them, with VAT added for the buyer's country and identity tier.

    3. IdentityWho is buying

An anonymous buyer, a self-declared one, or a wallet bound to a verified legal entity. Disclosure lowers friction; it is never a gate. Bindings can be revoked.

    4. LimitsHow autonomy stays bounded

Monthly spend ceilings that rise with the buyer's identity tier. Past a ceiling, quotes are refused until the buyer binds a wallet.

    5. TermsWhich agreement governs

Buyer terms generated from the exact offer version the agent accepted, kept as evidence.

    6. TaxHow the supply is treated

Buyer location and status evidence decide the VAT, and sales are consolidated per buyer into an ordinary invoice.

    After payment

A machine purchase is still a real sale.

The protocol proves that value moved. The commercial record proves what was sold, to whom, and on which terms.

Feeds live · checkout hands off

Your offers publish to the product feeds. Checkout on those surfaces hands off to a card checkout until delegated payment tokens can be redeemed.

Lernaura holds no crypto: agent payments convert to euro before they reach Lernaura's accounts.

The payment rail is not the commerce system.
